- Champion Section 337 Actions: Drive ITC unfair competition and patent infringement investigations from initial complaint through evidentiary hearings before Administrative Law Judges.
- Advise Top Global Clients: Guide Fortune 500 corporations, domestic industry coalitions, and foreign exporters through complex trade enforcement, Enforce and Protect Act (EAPA) proceedings, and Section 301/232 tariff strategies.
- Appear Before Federal Tribunals: Argue appeals and trade disputes before the U.S. Court of International Trade (CIT) and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit (CAFC).
What We Are Looking For:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school with active state bar membership.
- 3+ years of dedicated practice in trade remedies, AD/CVD litigation, or Section 337 matters within a reputable practice group or federal government agency.
