Senior Project Manager - Commercial Interiors
Manage commercial interior and tenant improvement projects from preconstruction through closeout, overseeing budgets, schedules, contracts, subcontractors, and client relationships. Requires commercial interior construction experience and U.S. work authorization without sponsorship.
We are looking for PMs or Sr. PMs who thrive in fast-paced commercial interiors and enjoys building relationships just as much as building projects.
This is an opportunity to join a highly respected contractor with a strong backlog of corporate interiors, workplace renovations, and tenant improvement projects across the DFW market. You'll have plenty of autonomy, direct client interaction, and the resources to successfully deliver projects from preconstruction through closeout.
What You'll Do
- Manage corporate interiors and tenant improvement projects
- Oversee budgets, schedules, contracts, and subcontractors
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Coordinate with field teams to keep projects on track
- Drive projects from kickoff through turnover
What We're Looking For
- Experience managing commercial interior construction projects
- Strong understanding of scheduling, budgeting, and project execution
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Client-facing personality with excellent communication skills
- Experience in fast-track TI and office projects is a plus
