We're looking for a Healthcare Superintendent to lead healthcare renovation and construction projects throughout the Tucson area. This role is ideal for someone who understands the challenges of working in occupied hospitals and medical facilities, can build strong relationships with clients, and knows how to keep projects moving while minimizing disruptions.
What You'll Do
- Lead day-to-day field operations on healthcare construction and renovation projects
- Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, and site logistics
- Maintain safety, quality, and production goals
- Work closely with hospital staff and project teams in active healthcare environments
- Drive projects from mobilization through closeout
What We're Looking For
- Superintendent experience in commercial construction
- Strong healthcare or healthcare renovation background
- Experience working in occupied facilities
- ICRA training required
- ASHE certification preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage complex renovations with minimal impact to facility operations
