What You'll Do

  • Manage litigation matters from initial filing through resolution
  • Develop case strategy and oversee all phases of discovery
  • Conduct depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances
  • Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents
  • Prepare cases for trial and actively participate in courtroom proceedings
  • Advise clients regarding legal risks, strategy, and outcomes
  • Negotiate settlements when appropriate while aggressively advocating client interests
  • Collaborate with attorneys across multiple practice areas

Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
  • Licensed and in good standing with the Texas Bar
  • Litigation experience preferred
  • Strong writing, research, and analytical skills
  • Excellent courtroom presence and communication abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines effectively
  • Client-focused mindset with a commitment to exceptional service
