Job Description
We are seeking an HVAC Service Technician to service, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems. The ideal candidate is a dependable, customer-focused professional with hands-on HVAC experience and the ability to diagnose and resolve heating and cooling system issues efficiently while maintaining a safe and professional work environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous HVAC technician experience required
- Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC system issues
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- EPA certification preferred
- NATE certification preferred
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Key Responsibilities
- Service, maintain, and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems
- Diagnose equipment malfunctions and determine necessary repairs
- Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections
- Communicate repair recommendations and findings with customers
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all job sites
- Follow company safety procedures and safe driving practices
- Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment
- Complete service records and work orders accurately
- Deliver exceptional customer service and professionalism on every service call
- Ensure all work is completed according to industry standards and company expectations
