Location: Denver, CO, Hybrid (relocation assistance provided)
Compensation: $170K to $230K base + bonus and benefits
We're looking for an experienced Director of Product to lead strategy and execution for a growing B2B fintech product portfolio.
This is a high-ownership role for someone who has built and scaled products in payments, fintech, digital banking, financial infrastructure, or related B2B financial technology. You'll lead a team of Product Managers, own the roadmap, and partner closely with Engineering and business leadership.
What You'll Do
- Own product strategy, roadmap, and execution across a B2B fintech portfolio
- Lead, coach, and grow a team of Product Managers
- Partner closely with Engineering, Sales, Partnerships, Risk, and Compliance
- Drive customer adoption, retention, expansion, and business outcomes
- Work across APIs, integrations, payment flows, and complex financial systems
- Represent Product with senior leadership, customers, and external partners
- Help drive practical AI adoption across the Product organization
What We're Looking For
- 9+ years of Product Management experience
- 4+ years managing Product Managers
- Strong fintech or payments background
- Experience owning B2B product strategy and roadmap
- Strong technical fluency with APIs, integrations, and data flows
- Experience operating in a regulated environment
- Strong executive communication and cross-functional leadership
- Practical use of AI in day-to-day Product work
Experience with payments, money movement, banking, treasury, embedded finance, cards, collections, payouts, or financial infrastructure is especially relevant.
