Company Overview
We are an established, nationwide disaster restoration company that provides property damage restoration services to homes and businesses. From burst pipes to hurricane damage, from heavy industrial soot damage to vandalism and trauma, we've handled it all. We are currently in search of Branch Manager to provide leadership to one of our smaller branches in the Burlington area.
Position Overview
Along with the Regional Manager's assistance and mentorship, the Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing the operations and performance of the small branch, while also serving as a project manager on restoration jobs. We are in search of a good leader who can help the Regional Manager run the branch and grow the market.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage branch staff, fostering a positive work environment and promoting team collaboration.
- Oversee daily operations to ensure adherence to company policies and service quality standards.
- Manage restoration projects.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve branch sales and operational goals.
- Monitor financial performance and manage budgets, ensuring profitability and cost efficiency.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing any concerns or inquiries promptly.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in staff leadership and operations management, preferably in services-related industry such as disaster restoration, pest control, HVAC, construction, etc.
- Strong understanding of service industry dynamics and customer relationship management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn disaster restoration processes and methods.
