Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Fire Alarm Foreman to oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of fire alarm & lovw voltage systems in healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fire alarm systems and management, ensuring compliance with safety codes and standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of technicians in the installation and maintenance of fire alarm, nurse call, patient monitoring and other life safety systems
• Coordinate with facility management to ensure all fire alarm systems meet regulatory requirements and safety standards.
• Conduct regular inspections and testing of fire alarm systems to ensure functionality and reliability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to fire alarm systems in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used, ensuring all documentation is complete and up to date.
• Train and mentor junior staff on fire alarm installation, maintenance, and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Foreman or similar role in the fire protection industry, particularly in healthcare settings.
• Strong knowledge of fire alarm, fire alarm, nurse call, patient monitoring and other life safety systems
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage a team effectively.
• Experience with various fire alarm brands and systems, including Notifier, Silent Knight, Siemens, Honeywell, and others.
• Abiliy to work nights, weekends, on-call shifts
