Position Summary
The CNC Machinist will set up and operate advanced CNC equipment to produce high-precision components. This role follows production schedules, performs inspections, and helps maintain a clean and safe manufacturing environment. Open to candidates from entry-level trainees to seasoned machinists.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC machines
- Read and interpret setup sheets, travelers, programs, and blueprints
- Perform first-piece and in-process inspections
- Make tool and offset adjustments to maintain accuracy
- Suggest and support process improvements
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Work closely with Quality and Production teams
- Complete required production and inspection documentation
What You Bring
- CNC machining experience, including independent setups and offsets
- Strong blueprint reading skills with GD&T knowledge
- Ability to work independently and support team productivity
Education
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Technical or vocational training preferred
