We are seeking a skilled CNC Mill Operator to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating CNC milling machines to produce precision parts and components. This position plays a crucial role in maintaining high-quality standards and ensuring efficient production processes.

- Set up and operate CNC milling machines according to specifications.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Monitor and adjust machine settings to ensure accurate production.
- Conduct quality inspections of completed parts using precision measuring instruments.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC machines.
- Collaborate with engineers and production teams to optimize machining processes.
- Proven experience as a CNC Mill Operator or similar role.
- Strong understanding of CNC machining processes and techniques.
- Familiarity with measuring tools and quality assurance methods.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Experience in aerospace or defense manufacturing is a plus.
- Knowledge of manual OD grinding and finishing techniques is desirable.
