Your Role:
- Oversee survey crews and ensure quality control across multiple projects.
- Develop and maintain 3D terrain models for machine control.
- Coordinate with project managers and superintendents to establish survey control.
- Manage data flow between field and office, troubleshoot issues, and keep projects moving.
- Train and mentor survey staff, ensuring safety and precision at every step.
What You Bring:
- 10+ years in construction survey, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Expertise in Civil 3D, Carlson, Trimble Business Center.
- Strong knowledge of GPS, robotic total stations, and automated machine control.
- Ability to lead, adapt, and communicate effectively.
- Preferred: Professional Surveyor license
