We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee field operations for commercial projects. This role is with a long-standing general contractor known for delivering high-quality construction management services across education, commercial, healthcare, and community sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day jobsite operations and ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
- Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and equipment delivery.
- Enforce safety regulations and maintain compliance with building codes.
- Conduct regular site inspections and maintain detailed daily logs.
- Communicate progress and resolve issues with project managers, architects, and clients.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in commercial construction supervision. K12 exp is a plus
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Ability to read blueprints and manage schedules.
- Proficiency with construction management software and MS Office.
- OSHA certification preferred.
