Corporate Associate Attorney - Transactional

We are looking to add a talented corporate transactional attorney to join our business services practice in our Hartford office. This is an opportunity to join a mid-sized law firm known for its collaborative culture, strong professional relationships, and genuine investment in career growth.

Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of corporate and commercial agreements
  • Support and manage corporate transactions, including business formations, restructurings, and acquisitions
  • Assist with or lead M&A transactions, depending on experience level
  • Advise clients on general corporate governance and compliance matters
  • Collaborate with partners and colleagues on sophisticated transactional work
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships through practical, business focused advice
  • Contribute to the ongoing growth of the practice and mentor junior attorneys as appropriate
