Established (25+ Years) Premier Firm Seeking Insurance Defense Attorney for Construction Litigation, PI, PL. 

An established firm based in Irvine with offices in Sacramento and Walnut Creek and over 25 years in practice, is seeking a Civil Litigation with hands-on experience to join their team. This Attorney will have experience with construction defect, general liability, or professional liability, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations while representing clients in litigation and advisory matters. The firm offers a clear path to partnership for candidates who demonstrate consistent performance, leadership, and contribution.
 
Offer:
$110,000 - $200,000, contingent on experience

Qualifications:
The candidate must be licensed to practice law in California and in good standing with the State Bar.
The candidate should have 1- 10 years of experience in construction defect, general liability, or professional liability cases. 
The candidate must demonstrate strong litigation skills, including handling cases from pre-suit through jury trial and appeal.
Familiarity with industry claims handling practices, billing and reporting guidelines, and e-billing systems is preferred.
Excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment are essential.
Billables are based on compensation and experience. 
 
Responsibilities:
The Attorney will represent owners, developers, general contractors, and subcontractors in construction-related litigation matters.
The Attorney will defend third-party claims under various policy forms and lines of business, including property and casualty, professional liability, and commercial transportation.
The Attorney will manage cases from inception through trial and appeal, including drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, and appearing in court.
The Attorney will advise excess carriers and serve as monitoring counsel on catastrophic claims.
The Attorney will maintain compliance with client billing and reporting guidelines and participate in industry organizations as needed.
