Civil Superintendent - Highway and Bridge construction
Oversees daily highway and bridge construction activities, safety and quality compliance, schedules and budgets, site inspections, and coordination with engineers, subcontractors, and stakeholders. Requires 5+ years of superintendent experience, DOT or bridge experience, and U.S. work authorization.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily construction activities on-site for highway and bridge projects
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality control standards
- Manage project schedules and budgets, ensuring timely completion
- Provide leadership and direction to construction teams
- Coordinate with engineers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure project alignment
- Conduct regular site inspections to address any issues or compliance concerns
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders and project management
- Administer contracts and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Prepare progress reports and documentation for management review
- Implement best practices in construction methods and project management
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of super experience
- DOT or Bridge experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Experience with Structural steel, structural concrete, earthwork, and excavation
