We are a growing construction staffing firm seeking a Craft Recruiter to help identify, attract, and place skilled trades professionals on commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects across the United States.
This role is perfect for a recruiter who thrives on building relationships, sourcing hard-to-find talent, and matching quality craft professionals with the right opportunities. The company currently supports projects in more than 15 states and continues to expand its presence throughout the Southeast.
What You'll Do
- Recruit skilled trades professionals including:
- Welders
- Pipefitters
- Millwrights
- Steel Erectors
- Concrete Workers
- General Construction Craftsmen
- Source candidates through job boards, referrals, social media, networking, and field outreach
- Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and qualification assessments
- Build and maintain a pipeline of active and passive candidates
- Verify work history, certifications, and eligibility requirements
- Coordinate onboarding, orientations, and project mobilizations
- Develop relationships with craft workers to ensure successful placements and retention
- Work closely with operations and sales teams to fulfill client workforce needs quickly
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in construction, skilled trades, industrial, manufacturing, or staffing
- Experience sourcing hard-to-find field talent preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Experience using ATS platforms, job boards, and social media recruiting tools
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency and follow-through

Compensation
$55,000 - $80,000 Base Salary
Bonus Opportunities
OTE: $75,000 - $110,000+
