Position: Defense Litigation Attorney
A national firm is looking to grow it's CA defense practice is seeking a litigation attorney to own complex civil matters end-to-end - with the autonomy and compensation ($140k-$220k) that reflects that responsibility.

What You'll Do
As a Litigation Attorney, you'll play a key role in defending clients across a range of liability claims. You'll be trusted to lead cases, shape strategy, and deliver results.
- Develop and execute litigation strategies.
- Represent clients in trials, depositions, and hearings.
- Draft legal briefs, motions, and discovery responses.
- Negotiate settlements and manage client relationships.
- Stay current on legal trends and case law.
Qualifications:
- JD from an accredited law school.
- Licensed to practice in California.
- 4+ years of litigation experience in insurance defense or related fields.
- Strong legal writing and courtroom skills.
- Self-starter with excellent time management and communication.

$140,000-$220,000 per year, commensurate with experience
