Hybrid work on consulting, design, or construction management projects in life sciences, R&D, laboratories, clean rooms, biotech, pharma manufacturing, and industrial food & beverage. Requires a bachelor’s degree, 7+ years’ project management experience, and U.S. work authorization without sponsorship.
Locations: Kansas City, MO and St. Louis, MO - hybrid!
Base Salary: 100k-180k DOE
Projects / Industries: Life Sciences, R&D, Laboratories, Clean Rooms, Biotech, Pharma Manufacturing, Industrial Food & Beverage Manufacturing.

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for the direction and performance of consulting, design or construction management services for assigned project(s) of a nature greater in scope, valuation and complexity and with larger teams than those generally managed by the Project Manager. Responsible for client relationship management, including creating a positive experience that will lead to future work. Projects often include several subcontracts and may include several aspects of an integrated ONEsolution delivery methodology.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the direction and performance of consulting, design or construction management services for assigned project(s) of a nature greater in scope, valuation and complexity and with larger teams than those generally managed by the Project Manager
- Client relationship management, including creating a positive experience that will lead to future work
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree Architecture, Engineering or Construction Management, or equivalent
- Minimum of seven years of successful Project Management experience
Additional Qualifications
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Team-oriented individual capable of leading and managing large teams including subcontractors
- Demonstrated success in acting as a Project Manager
- Intermediate understanding of all core engineering disciplines, project execution, delivery in a design and construction.
- Minimum 8 hours of leadership/supervisory training annually
