Qualifications
- Experience working in the AEC industry
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience managing social media platforms and creating content.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience with CRM systems, marketing platforms, or content management systems is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the firm's social media platforms and content calendar.
- Create and update marketing materials, project sheets, presentations, and website content.
- Support proposal and qualification package preparation.
- Maintain marketing databases, CRM systems, project information, and digital files.
- Coordinate marketing activities, events, and client communications.
- Track marketing metrics and prepare basic reports.
- Provide administrative support to the marketing and leadership teams.
- Assist with branding initiatives and ensure consistency across all marketing channels.
- Coordinate printing, promotional materials, and vendor relationships.
- Help improve and maintain marketing systems, processes, and workflows.
