Senior Tax Manager
Leads private client tax compliance, planning, and team supervision for high-net-worth individuals, families, trusts, estates, and partnerships. Requires a bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or Law, active CPA or EA, 5+ years’ public accounting experience, and U.S. work authorization.
- Education Background: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Law (Master's in Tax or LLM preferred).
- Professional License: Active Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Enrolled Agent (EA) designation is strictly required.
- Years Experience: Minimum of 5 years of recent public accounting firm experience working with individuals, partnerships, trusts, and estates.
- Core Focus: Proven concentration in High Net Worth (HNW), family limited partnerships, gift, and estate taxation.
- Technical Software: Deep proficiency with professional tax software systems, modern tax technology, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Core Competencies: Excellent project management, strong communication and networking acumen, discrete client handling, and proven leadership ability.
- Salary Range: $145,000 - $175,000 annual base pay, depending on experience and location.
- Performance Bonus: Eligible for annual discretionary performance bonuses based on individual performance and firm metrics.
