Compensation

Base Salary: $140,000K - $180,000K + Bonuses

Qualifications

  • J.D. from an accredited law school
  • Admitted and in good standing in New York
  • 4-6+ years of real estate litigation experience
  • Strong experience handling motions, discovery, depositions, and court appearances
  • Excellent legal writing and advocacy skills
  • Ability to manage cases and client relationships with increasing autonomy
  • Commercial litigation experience is a plus

The Opportunity

The firm is seeking a Real Estate Litigation Attorney with 4-6+ years of experience to join its Manhattan office.

This attorney will work on a sophisticated mix of real estate and commercial litigation matters, representing property owners, developers, investors, partnerships, and other stakeholders in disputes throughout New York.
