Qualifications

- Experience in creditors' rights and/or bankruptcy matters is strongly preferred

Due to continued growth, the firm is seeking a Litigation Attorney with 2-6+ years of experience to join its team in either its Baltimore or Annapolis office.
Responsibilities
- Manage litigation matters through all phases of the case lifecycle
- Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents
- Conduct legal research, discovery, depositions, and hearings
- Develop litigation strategy and advise clients on risk and exposure
- Work directly with clients and opposing counsel
- Collaborate with experienced attorneys on complex matters
