Join a highly respected ENR Top 500 Design Firm that has been delivering transportation, infrastructure, and utility projects for over 50 years. We are seeking a Survey Party Chief to work independently across transportation and civil infrastructure projects throughout Maryland.

What You Will Be Doing
- Lead field survey operations on transportation and civil infrastructure projects
- Perform topographic, boundary, metes and bounds, and control survey
- Conduct field-to-finish survey work and data collection
- Utilize robotic total stations, GPS equipment, and surveying technology
- Support LiDAR scanning and related survey activities
- Travel to project sites throughout Virginia, primarily transportation-related projects
What You Need For This Job
- Experience as a Survey Party Chief leading field crews
- Strong background performing topographic and boundary surveys
- Experience with metes and bounds surveys and control networks
- Field-to-finish survey experience
- Familiarity with robotic total stations
- Knowledge of VDOT survey standards is a plus
- LiDAR scanning experience is a plus
- FAA Part 107 Drone License is a bonus, not required
