Salary Pay: $80,000 - $95,000 (Plus up to 10% annual performance bonus)

What You Will Be Doing
- Supervise and lead maintenance operations for a commercial bakery with hourly technicians
- Remain hands-on with industrial equipment, troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration systems
- Execute preventive and corrective maintenance programs to minimize downtime and improve reliability
- Manage CMMS data, maintenance KPIs, MRO processes, and maintenance budgets
- Enforce safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance while driving a zero-injury culture
- Lead capital improvement projects and support training and development of maintenance staff
What You Need For This Job
- Strong industrial maintenance background with the ability to physically work inside and on production machinery
- 4+ years in maintenance with at least 2 years in a maintenance supervisor or lead role
- Solid knowledge of mechanical, electrical, refrigeration, and building maintenance in manufacturing
- Experience using CMMS systems and basic proficiency with Excel, Word, and email
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including 3rd shift, with potential 6-month shift assignments
- Dependable, organized, and self-motivated leadership style with safety-first mindset
