Leads regional sales teams for active communities, with medical, dental, vision, FSA, 401(k) with 6% match, 3 weeks PTO, gym membership, cell phone reimbursement, and mileage reimbursement. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
The Regional Sales Manager will provide strategic leadership for a portfolio of active communities throughout Southern California, driving sales results, market share, and overall business performance. This individual will oversee regional sales teams, guide community-level execution, and ensure achievement of sales goals, pricing objectives, and profitability targets.
Partnering closely with senior leadership, the Director of Sales will convert company strategy into actionable field initiatives, leveraging market insights and performance data to optimize sales outcomes. The role is responsible for building, developing, and leading high-performing sales teams while maintaining a consistent customer experience across all communities.
In addition, this leader will collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Design, and Development teams to align sales strategies with community positioning, inventory availability, customer demand, and future growth plans. The ideal candidate is a results-driven sales leader with a strong background in new home sales, residential real estate, and team development, who thrives in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.
