The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of automotive systems and possess a passion for repairing high-performance vehicles, particularly German brands like Porsche, BMW, and Audi. The Master Mechanic will lead a team of technicians, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair complex automotive systems and components
- Lead and mentor a team of mechanics and apprentices
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of vehicles
- Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with clients about repairs
- Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies and service techniques
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standard operating procedures
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in automotive technology are a plus
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an automotive mechanic
- Proficient in diagnosing and repairing German vehicles, specifically Porsche, BMW, and Audi
- ASE certification preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
