Description:Class A CDL Team Truck Driver (FedEx Ground) - Hutchins, TX
We are currently hiring full-time Class A CDL Drivers for Team Runs in Hutchins, TX. If you are a dedicated and professional driver looking for a stable opportunity with competitive pay and benefits, we want to hear from you.
As a FedEx Ground Team Truck Driver, you will safely and efficiently handle Over-the-Road (OTR) runs operating out of the Hutchins, TX area.
Responsibilities
- Operate a tractor-trailer combination, including doubles (and triples, where applicable)
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip safety inspections on equipment
- Handle Drop & Hook Only freight – No-touch freight
- Verify and complete all required documentation and reports
- Maintain accurate daily logs
- Follow dispatch instructions and communicate updates regarding delays, arrivals, or equipment issues
- Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, company policies, and procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL)
- 1 year of verifiable Tractor Trailer experience within the last 3 years
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) – No accidents or tickets in the past 3 years
- Ability to pass:
- Background Check
- MVR Screening
- Clearinghouse Login Verification
- Drug Test
- Ability to attain doubles/triples trailer endorsement
- Ability to follow instructions and complete required training
- Ability to drive a manual transmission with no restrictions (Preferred)
Pay & Benefits
- $0.80 per mile for the first 5,000 miles each week
- $0.90 per mile for all miles driven after 5,000 miles in the same week

Requirements:
- Must possess a Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL)
- Must possess one year of verifiable Tractor Trailer experience in the last three years
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record – No accidents or tickets in the past 3 years
- Must have or be ready to attain a doubles/triples endorsement
- Ability to follow instructions and complete required training
- Complete Background Check, MVR Screening, Clearinghouse login, and Drug Test
- Prefer candidates who can drive a manual transmission and have no driving restrictions
