Operations Coordinator (QA Specialist)

Strain Development:

·       Assist in trialing process of cannabis genetics to develop effective strains with targeted flower, cannabinoid, terpene, and growth characteristics.

·       Monitor phenotypes and record genetic stability data for pheno-hunt projects.

·       Prepare reports with key data on new genetics in trial phases

Cultivation Research

Support trials to optimize growth conditions, including light cycles, nutrients, temperature, and humidity.

Test new soil, hydroponic systems, and other cultivation media to evaluate effectiveness.

Plant Monitoring and Data Collection:

·       Monitor plant health, growth patterns, pest resistance, and yield performance.

·       Collect, analyze, and document data related to experiments, including growth rates, cannabinoid profiles, and flowering cycles.

Quality Assurance:

·       Conduct regular inspections for pests, mold, and diseases, ensuring plants meet regulatory compliance and company quality standards.

·       Assist with cannabinoid and terpene testing through lab analysis or third- party testing services.

Collaboration and Reporting:

·       Collaborate with R&D and cultivation teams to implement findings into large-scale operations.

·       Prepare detailed reports on research progress, findings, and recommendations for future projects.
