Supports day-to-day cultivation work including trimming, moving material, cleaning, and assisting with production. Requires reliable transportation, Level 2 fingerprint screening, ability to lift 25 lbs, and prior spraying/IPM experience may affect pay.

What impact you'll make:
- Maintaining a clean, neat, and organized workspace
- Trimming
- Moving material
- Cleaning
- Assisting with production and daily duties, as needed
- Prior experience in spraying/IPM will be open to a negotiable pay rate
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Top-notch attention to detail
- Highly organized
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to stand for long periods of time

- Long periods of sitting and/or standing, a noisy work environment, and warehouse temperature affected by outside conditionsd
