Cloning Laborer

We are looking for amazing Laborers to assist in our day-to-day growing operations in our Cloning department and we want to get to know YOU!

Pay: $16.90 - $18 per hour/depending on experience. 

Required Duties: 

• Complete necessary cuttings from ordered batches directed by the Supervisor. 
• Maintain proper organization of batch orders. 
• Communicate with the Supervisor if changes arise in clone batches. 
• Maintain cleanliness and proper cutting protocols.
• Ensure clones are properly Metric tagged to compliance standards.
• Prepare necessary equipment to plug clones into rooting trays.
• Maintain protocols for preparing the clones and plugging them into the trays.
• Maintain correct nutrients and moisture for all clones and plants.
• Miscellaneous other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.

Essential Job Functions:

Physical Requirements: 

• Ability to stand and walk for long periods.
• Ability to lift packages/boxes, which are generally under 30 pounds.
• Ability to crouch, stoop, reach, etc. 

Education/Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent experience preferred.
• Experience in cannabis preferred, but not necessary.

Competencies:

• A solution-oriented “can-do” attitude with the desire to solve problems.
• Personal accountability.
• Ability to focus on work and be mentally present while on the clock.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with all staff members. 
• Adaptability and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

• Must be 21 years of age
