DISBURSEMENTS ACCOUNTING SPECALIST

Accurate recording of manual payroll transactions, updating the Employee Master File, preparing account reconciliations, performing special projects, and assisting with time card processing and related functions.

Summary

Under the direction of the Disbursements Supervisor, is responsible for the accurate recording of all the manual transactions in Payroll including incorporation of maintenance information into the Employee Master File; preparing account reconciliation and performing special projects; and assisting in the processing of time cards and performing other related functions.
