Manages and coordinates Psych operations and hospital/medical staff activities to meet care standards and regulatory compliance. Requires a bachelor’s degree, 3 years’ experience, and an Illinois Nursing License; a master’s degree is preferred.
Summary
General Summary/basic PURPOSE OF JOB:
- Manage, coordinate, and integrate the operations of Psych, hospital personnel, and medical staff to meet the needs of the patients of Mount Sinai Hospital.
- Manages and coordinates the activities of 6E Psych to meet all applicable standards for care. Maintains compliance with regulatory agency standards for the provision of services. All activities will be performed in a fiscally responsible manner.
MINIMUM EDUCATION:
• A Bachelor degree is required.
• A Master’s Degree is preferred.
MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE:
• A minimum of three years experience
REQUIRED LICENSES, CERTIFICATES, REGISTRATIONS:
• Illinois Nursing License required
