At Andrus, drivers come first. You’ll have a dedicated Fleet Manager, 24/7 support, quality equipment, and home-time options designed to help you build a long-term career.

What You’ll Earn

·       Pay: Up to $.60 CPM DOE + $.04 CPM production bonus

·       Minimum 2,600+ miles per week

·       Experience-based bonuses, including Veterans, Hazmat Endorsement and Production

·       Performance bonuses for Idle, Mileage, Layover, Breakdown, Referral and more

Your Routes & Home Time

·       Run primarily throughout WA, OR, CA, AZ, NM, CO, ID, NV and UT

·       Home every 7–10 days

·       100% No touch freight – 70% drop and hook

Late-Model Equipment

·       Automatic Freightliner trucks, no older than 3 years

·       Premium interiors and driver-friendly features

Minimum Driver Requirements:

·       Class A CDL

·       Minimum 6 months of Class A driving experience

·       Minimum 23 years of age

·       No DUI/DWI, reckless driving, or other major driving violations/judgments within the past 5 years
