OTR only, running east of I-35 with no NYC; home every 2-3 weeks for 2-3 days. HazMat/Reefer freight with detention, layover, PTO, retention bonus, rider policy after 30 days, and health, dental, 401(k) match, and AFLAC after 90 days.
