Electric Lettuce, voted Best Dispensary 2026, is looking for an experienced Dispensary Manager who is passionate about the cannabis industry and ready to lead a team, drive store performance, and create a great experience for both customers and employees.

What You'll Do
- Lead day-to-day store operations and take ownership of overall store performance
- Hire, train, develop, and coach a strong team while setting clear expectations and holding employees accountable
- Drive sales and identify opportunities to improve store performance and the customer experience
- Lead by example on the sales floor and coach employees on customer service, product knowledge, sales, and store expectations
- Oversee inventory accuracy, cash handling, merchandising, opening and closing procedures, and other operational needs
- Ensure the store and team remain compliant with OLCC regulations and company policies and procedures
- Maintain appropriate staffing and scheduling based on the needs of the business
- Keep the store organized, stocked, and ready for business while addressing issues as they arise
What You Bring
- Previous retail management experience required; cannabis experience is a plus
- Experience leading, coaching, and developing employees
- Strong communication, organization, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities and take ownership of store results
- A customer-focused mindset with an understanding of sales and retail operations
- Must be 21 years of age or older and hold, or be willing to obtain, a valid OLCC Marijuana Worker Permit
- Ability to stand, walk, sit, and kneel throughout the workday and push, pull, or carry up to 50 pounds
