Perioperative nursing care through assessment, observation, and nursing intervention; may be assigned to Health Alliance facilities as needed. Requires an accredited nursing school graduate, valid NYS RN license, and BLS certification; AORN certification desirable.
To organize and administer safe, individualized perioperative nursing care through assessment, observation and nursing intervention.
Education:
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
Experience:
- 2 yrs. of acute care experience preferred; recent surgical experience desired
Training/License:
- Basic knowledge of nursing theory and practice. Demonstrates strong clinical skills/Valid NYS RN License
Other:
- BLS Certification. AORN Certification desirable.
· Flexibility to be assigned to Health Alliance facilities as needed.
