Job description

About Us:

Banville Wine Merchants of Pennsylvania is a boutique wine and spirits importer and wholesaler that combines decades of market experience, a wide range of supplier partners, and an entrepreneurial perspective to bring an innovative partner for the PLCB, grocery chains, and on-premise licensees to the beverage alcohol landscape in Pennsylvania. We’re a small, close-knit team that is growing fast, and we’re looking for someone organized and detail-driven to help power that growth from the operations side.

The Role:

Reporting to the Director of Sales Operations, the Operations Coordinator will own the day-to-day execution that keeps our sales engine running. The candidate will be an integral part of the whole sales cycle: from sales rep goal management and data support through weekly order workflow, system setup, and frontline support. This is a hands on, high visibility role with real ownership from day one. Ideal candidate should be local to the Philadelphia area.

What You’ll Do:ALL Order Entry & PLCB Invoicing: Process incoming orders and manage them through the full PLCB workflow
• Item & Account Setup: Enter and maintain new products and new accounts across our systems with accuracy and speed
• Rep & Customer Support: Serve as a front-line resource for our sales reps’ day-to-day order questions and issues
• Pricing & Sales Management Support: Help track commissions bimonthly, analyze supplier data pulls, and update sales rep goal metrics

What We’re Looking For:
• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
• Strong attention to detail and comfort with repetitive, high-accuracy data entry
• Organized, responsive, and able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced small-team environment
• Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets
• Comfort learning new software systems (Oracle / Microsoft BC)
• A proactive, ownership-oriented mindset
• Interest in the wine and spirits industry is a plus, but not required

FLSA Status:
Non-Exempt
