Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly, professional manner and guide them through the service process
- Generate accurate service estimates and repair orders
- Schedule appointments and manage a well-organized service calendar
- Work closely with ASE-certified mechanics to ensure timely, high-quality repairs
- Maintain strong communication with customers regarding their vehicle’s status and service needs
- Resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally
- Build long-term customer relationships and promote trust in our service department
- Help meet service department sales and profitability goals
Preferred Skills & Experience:
- Strong knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance procedures
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage and support a team of technicians and customer service staff
- Friendly, motivated, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
