Position Overview
We are looking for a high-energy, motivated Sales & Customer Experience Specialist who enjoys working with people and isn’t afraid to jump in wherever needed. This role combines sales, customer service, and hands-on operational responsibilities.
You will help sell vehicles, follow up with leads, assist customers, and support daily dealership operations including preparing vehicles for sale, managing online listings, and ensuring inventory is properly organized and documented.
This is an ideal role for someone who is a go-getter with personality, enjoys interacting with customers, and is comfortable handling both sales and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Engagement
Follow up with inbound leads using our CRM through phone calls, text messages, and email
Engage potential customers, answer questions, and schedule appointments
Assist customers on the lot and help guide them through the vehicle buying process
Support the sales team in closing deals and providing excellent customer service
Inventory & Vehicle Management
Take photos of vehicles and upload them to our website and online listings
Enter and maintain accurate vehicle information in our computer system
Ensure inspection stickers and required documentation are present on all vehicles
Help maintain organized vehicle listings and inventory records
Lot & Operations Support
Move vehicles between locations and around the lot as needed
Help prepare vehicles so they are ready for sale and customer viewing
Maintain an organized and professional dealership appearance
Administrative Support
Use the CRM system to track customer interactions
Assist with general office duties such as greeting customers and answering phones
Help maintain accurate records and dealership organization
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Friendly, energetic personality with a sales-driven mindset
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
Strong organizational and computer skills
Ability to multitask and stay detail-oriented
Experience with CRM systems is a plus
Experience in sales, automotive, or customer service is beneficial but not required
Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
Valid driver’s license required
