The Role
The Warehouse Logistics Coordinator supports CookUnity Ingredients Club (CUIC) by coordinating the movement of ingredients and materials between facilities. This hands-on role will handle pick up and deliveries of perishable and non perishable freight across the NYC Metro area, inventory movement, and daily logistics coordination to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment. The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, and comfortable working independently across multiple locations.
You Are
Able to perform the essential functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation, including:
- Coordinating and executing the movement of ingredients and materials to support CUIC customers.
- Operating company vehicles to complete regular local deliveries between facilities.
- Loading, unloading, and safely handling pallets and cases.
- Supporting inventory movement, receiving, and basic warehouse logistics tasks.
- Managing daily priorities independently while maintaining accuracy and organization.
- Working across warehouse, dock, and driving environments with frequent movement throughout the day.
Must-Haves
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Comfort operating company vehicles for regular local deliveries.
- Ability to lift, move, and handle items up to 50 lbs safely.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage daily priorities.
- Comfortable working across multiple locations, including frequent travel between Hoboken and Brooklyn.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain operations.
- Familiarity with inventory tracking or receiving processes.
- Previous experience making local deliveries.
- Forklift or pallet jack experience (or willingness to be trained).
