Job description
We are looking for amazing Laborers to assist in our day-to-day growing operations in our Cultivation Department and we want to get to know YOU!

Pay: $16.90 - $18 per hour/depending on experience.
Required Duties:
- Maintain IPM for all clones and plants
- Move, empty, amend, or fill pots as directed by the Supervisor.
- Maintain cleanliness and consistency in cutting plants to standards
- Maintain correct nutrients and moisture for all clones and plants
- Understand the appearance of a healthy clone ready to be transplanted.
- Ensure proper handling and harvesting of all plants.
- Top or Pinch clones to enhance the plant's shape and structure.
- Clean plants as directed by the Supervisor.
- Metrc tag clones as directed by the supervisor.
Essential Job Functions:
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods
- Ability to lift packages/boxes, which are generally under 30 pounds
- Ability to crouch, stoop, reach, etc.
Education/Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent experience preferred
- Experience in cannabis preferred, but not necessary

- A solution-oriented “can-do” attitude with the desire to solve problems.
- Personal accountability.
- Ability to focus on work and be mentally present while on the clock.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with all staff members.
- Adaptability and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
