POSITION TYPE: 1099 Independent Contractor
THE OPPORTUNITY:
We are seeking reliable Drivers to assist with transporting samples between licensed medical marijuana treatment centers and our licensed marijuana testing laboratories. This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity and is best suited for individuals who are comfortable with frequent and, at times, long-distance driving.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Transporting samples from licensed medical marijuana treatment centers to our licensed marijuana testing laboratories
- Communicate with dispatchers, drivers, and other team members before, during, and after deliveries
- Meet delivery deadlines
- Load and unload cargo
- Track shipments and deliveries
- Obtain client or customer signatures
- Follow company sample collection protocol
- Follow company safety guidelines, both on the road and while loading or unloading a truck
