Job description
As the Director of Compliance, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our retail team and operations teams align with the ever-evolving regulatory landscape of the cannabis industry. You will lead our compliance initiatives, working closely with our legal team and state regulator partners to uphold our commitment to authenticity and community. Your key responsibilities will include developing and implementing compliance strategies, overseeing regulatory audits, and fostering a culture of compliance across the organization. - Demonstrated experience overseeing retail and operational compliance in the cannabis industry
- Proven experience in compliance within the cannabis or regulated industries
- Strong understanding of federal, state, and local cannabis regulations
