Location: Fully Remote
Duration: 6-month contract (with potential for extension or conversion to a permanent role)
Compensation: $79.61/hour (W2)

The ideal candidate will excel at building strong stakeholder relationships and delivering high-quality outcomes. This position requires a process-oriented professional who can effectively evaluate both technical and functional requirements.

They should be a self-starter, collaborative team player, and an effective communicator across all organizational levels. Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business stakeholders, technical development, and application administration teams to conduct gap analysis, gather requirements, support development, apply patches, and ensure successful delivery of finance projects
- Follow and continuously improve established processes, ensuring compliance with organizational controls such as SDLC and change management
- Collaborate with global IT Finance and IT Supply Chain teams on support, delivery, and process improvements
- Perform technical tasks including system configuration, data extraction/loading, and report development
- Act as a business partner representing IT Finance to ensure successful implementation of financial initiatives
- Contribute to effort estimation and project sizing activities
- Support training and enablement of finance users on IT Finance applications
Qualifications
- 8+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle EBS Finance applications
- Strong techno-functional expertise across Oracle EBS (R12) modules such as Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Purchasing, iProcurement, iExpense, AGIS, Project Accounting, and OPM Costing
- Proficiency in Oracle PL/SQL
- Experience with integrations using APIs and XML templates
- Understanding of Oracle Supply Chain and Process Manufacturing modules (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of key financial processes: Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, and Record-to-Report
- Ability to gather and translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with data analytics tools such as Tableau (nice to have)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams
- Solid understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Experience in biotechnology or pharmaceutical industries (preferred)
- Prior experience working in a SOX-compliant environment (preferred)
