Drive adoption and change management for the company's transition to RainFocus events platform. Partner across marketing, events, and vendor teams to onboard users, build enablement, stand up a sustainable support model, and migrate off prior platforms.

  • Own the change enablement plan for the RainFocus rollout: stakeholder mapping, adoption milestones, and a communications cadence across impacted marketing and events teams
  • Build and deliver enablement: training sessions, office hours, quick-start guides, and role-based documentation for event builders, admins, and requesters
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to lead the migration from prior event platforms (Splash, Cvent) to RainFocus, including workflow mapping and template and config parity
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between stakeholders and the RainFocus vendor team; triage enablement workstreams
  • Identify and track adoption and enablement KPIs (active users, event volume, time to launch, support ticket trends), using data to target improvements
  • Gather and prioritize feature requests and requirements; communicate tradeoffs, roadblocks, and status concisely to stakeholders and leadership
  • Capture and maintain a knowledge base of processes, runbooks, and FAQs to sustain the platform after transition
Must Have Skills:
  1. Hands-on experience administering or enabling event management platforms, specifically

  4. Experience defining and tracking metrics and running programs to improve operational performance
