PHCS Contract Administrator
Location: Tucson, AZ
Pay Rate: $35.00 - $50.00/hour (W2)

Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented PHCS Contract Administrator to support the full contract lifecycle for strategic partner agreements within a healthcare and life sciences environment. This role will be responsible for managing contract milestones, tracking payment obligations, supporting billing activities, and providing financial oversight across a portfolio of agreements. The ideal candidate brings contract administration experience along with strong financial analysis, data management, process improvement, and stakeholder communication skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage contract lifecycles, including milestone tracking, payment administration, renewals, and contract compliance.
  • Support contract scoping, negotiations, execution, and ongoing contract maintenance.
  • Develop and streamline contract generation and management processes using Conga CPQ and CLM systems.
  • Monitor contract performance, payment triggers, and financial metrics to support accurate revenue forecasting.
  • Develop and maintain accurate financial and revenue dashboards to provide actionable business insights.
  • Analyze contract terms, identify gaps or discrepancies, and support data-driven business decisions.
  • Ensure contract, financial, and operational information is accurately maintained within departmental systems.
  • Implement standardized reporting tools, metrics, and processes based on stakeholder requirements and internal change management practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to align reporting metrics with business objectives.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for contract status, reporting, billing, and financial tracking activities.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Life Sciences, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 2–5 years of experience in contract management, contract administration, or a related business operations function.
  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce and Conga environments, particularly Conga CPQ and Conga CLM.
  • Working knowledge of contract lifecycle management, including contract generation, execution, milestones, renewals, payment triggers, and compliance.
  • Experience with financial analysis, revenue tracking, forecasting, billing, and data management.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate contract data, identify trends or gaps, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Experience developing or maintaining dashboards, reports, and performance metrics to support business and financial decision-making.
  • Background in or exposure to healthcare, diagnostics, biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or life sciences environments is highly valued.
  • Familiarity with process improvement, change management, and standardization of business processes.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple contracts, deadlines, and priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly present complex data and business insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with Finance, Legal, Operations, Commercial, and other cross-functional teams, as well as external partners.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and maintain accurate and confidential contract and financial information.
