Job Title: Receptionist / Office Coordinator
Pay: $19.00/hour | Weekly Pay
Location: Onsite - 2730 S Edmonds Ln, Lewisville TX
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (1-hour lunch)
Tentative Start Date: October 19, 2026

Opportunity Overview:
We are seeking a professional, organized, and customer-focused Receptionist / Office Coordinator to support daily front desk and office operations.
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for employees, clients, visitors, and guests. You will help create a welcoming and professional office experience while also handling a variety of administrative and coordination tasks, including visitor management, incoming calls, mail and deliveries, badge requests, office supplies, facility communications, and general office support.
The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, comfortable interacting with people at all levels, and able to stay organized while managing multiple priorities throughout the day.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Manage the front desk and lobby, including opening and closing the reception area each day
  • Welcome and assist employees, clients, visitors, contractors, and other guests in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer incoming calls, identify the appropriate contact or department, and transfer calls accordingly
  • Issue temporary security badges and maintain accurate badge inventory records
  • Coordinate visitor access and communicate badge requests, missing badges, and replacement requests with the appropriate Security team
  • Prepare daily visitor and client arrival logs using the Client Resource Calendar
  • Monitor and respond to facility-related emails, routing requests to the appropriate team or individual
  • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages
  • Coordinate FedEx shipments, services, and related supply needs
  • Assist onsite clients and visitors with transportation, welcome materials, paperwork, document copies, hotel and restaurant information, and other general requests
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception and lobby area
  • Monitor and replenish lobby and office supplies, including coffee, refreshments, and other shared-use items
  • Track office supply inventory and place orders as needed
  • Prepare and distribute weekly employee communications
  • Provide general administrative and office support as needed
  • Assist the Business Support Supervisor with special projects and other administrative assignments
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure visitors, employees, and clients receive timely and professional support

  • Basic computer and data-entry skills
 
Education & Experience:
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • 0–3 years of experience in reception, customer service, office administration, office coordination, client relations, facility support, or a related field preferred
  • Previous experience working in a professional office environment is a plus
