Job Summary:
Seeking a Machine Operator to run card production equipment for debit/credit card personalization. Responsibilities include machine operation, quality inspection, and basic maintenance. Work independently and as part of a team to meet production goals in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate card production machines
- Perform quality checks and basic maintenance
- Follow safety, security, and production policies
- Troubleshoot production and quality issues
- Maintain a clean work area and order supplies as needed
- Meet daily production and quality targets
- Use basic computer functions for production tracking
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer and math skills
- Good written and verbal communication
- Ability to read and follow written/oral instructions
- Problem-solving and reasoning skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1–3 years’ mechanical experience
- Familiarity with safety rules and maintenance procedures
- Intermediate computer skills
