Job Title: TAM Case Specialist – Hybrid
Location: 1300 Hall Boulevard Client Bloomfield, CT 06002
Pay Rate: $20/hour (W2, Paid Weekly)
Start date: 10/02/2026
Contract Length: 6 months (Extension possible based on performance, attendance, and business needs)

Key Responsibilities
- Handle, review, and administer Family & Medical Leave Act / and or Americans with Disabilities Act(ADA) claims and adhere to federal and state regulatory and/or company plan requirements. Establish FMLA/ADA workflow procedures and evaluate against appropriate leave plans and make initial claim decisions.
- Complete eligibility decisions during intake call, gather pertinent data when necessary, from employee or other supporting systems as well as perform leave-ups as required, including recertification of health condition, intermittent claim tracking, RTW confirmation, etc.
- Update systems to accurately reflect leave status and ensure appropriate diary documentation exists.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- One year of experience in Absence Management Claims
- Experience and strong customer satisfaction focus and attention to detail. A strong understanding of the ADA/AMS process and background as to what's required
- Strong customer service skills are a must
- Bachelor's degree
- Three to five years of FMLA/ADA claims knowledge of process and procedures.
