The position involves handling customer inquiries, processing transactions, preparing correspondence, and providing accurate information while following established guidelines and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Onsite Training:
Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM–5:00 PM EST | 30-minute lunch
Company-issued equipment includes: Laptop, Two monitors, Keyboard and mouse and Docking station
All equipment must be returned within one week of assignment completion.

Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide professional service by phone.
- Assist customers with enrolling in or changing their life insurance coverage.
- Process beneficiary changes and other policy-related requests.
- Explain policy provisions, coverage, exclusions, and age-related changes.
- Provide information on continuing coverage after retirement or leaving an employer.
- Check and communicate the status of customer requests.
- Handle billing-related inquiries and transactions.
- Prepare correspondence and complete customer requests accurately.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction while handling multiple inquiries.
Onsite Training:
Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM–5:00 PM EST | 30-minute lunch
- No time off permitted during training and nesting.
- After training, schedules will range between 8:00 AM–11:00 PM EST, Monday–Friday.
- Shifts are assigned based on training performance and ranking.
- Associates will bid on available shifts.
- High-speed wired internet required; Ethernet connection is mandatory.
- Wi-Fi and hotspots are not permitted.
- Quiet, secure, distraction-free workspace required.
- Video must be available during interviews, training, coaching, and team meetings.
- Associates living near a company office may be required to work onsite one day per month.
- Onsite attendance may also be required if home internet or system issues prevent remote work.

- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- 1–2 years of call center experience required.
- 1–3 years of customer service experience preferred.
- Strong verbal communication and customer service skills.
- Good decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under direct supervision and follow established procedures.
